Services & Process

  • I work as a custom travel planner, creating thoughtful itineraries and booking select services through vetted partners. Because I’m not tied to just one brand or supplier, I can focus on what really works best for you and your trip.

  • With Custom Planning, I create your full itinerary, take care of bookings, and provide support along the way. Basic Planning is a scaled-back choice that works well if you’d like direction and recommendations but prefer to do some of the booking yourself.

  • Custom Planning means I design a personalized itinerary that reflects your travel style. I’ll research and recommend the right hotels, flights, activities, transportation, and dining, then pull it all together into a day-by-day plan that feels seamless and matches your pace.

  • After you fill out a short questionnaire about your destination, budget, travel style, and priorities, we’ll talk through your goals. From there, I’ll research and create your itinerary. We’ll review it together, make any adjustments, and you’ll head into your trip with everything organized and ready to go.

  • You don’t pay me for the cost of your flights, hotels, or tickets. My fee is only for planning services, and your bookings are always paid directly to the vendors I recommend or reserve on your behalf.

  • A deposit is required to begin the planning process. The amount depends on the scope of the trip and is credited toward your total planning fee. I’ll outline this before we begin.

  • I can plan just part of a trip, whether that’s theme park days, a single destination, or simply flights and hotels. We’ll customize the scope based on your needs.

Customization & Travel Styles

  • Yes, one of my specialties is helping travelers get the most out of their budget, no matter the size. I’ll help you focus on the things that matter most and find smart ways to stretch your dollars further.

  • While I don’t book directly with your points or miles, I can guide you on how to get the most value from them. If you’d rather pay cash, I can take care of bookings through trusted vendors on your behalf.

  • I specialize in travel to Europe (especially Western Europe), Hawaii, and theme park vacations in Florida and California. That said, I’m happy to help with other destinations too!

  • Not at all! Theme parks are one of my specialties, but I also plan food-focused city trips, scenic European getaways, beach escapes, and more.

  • Yes, I’m happy to work with what you’ve already planned and help fill in the rest. If needed, I can also reorganize things so your trip feels smooth and seamless.

Support & Communication

  • We’ll stay in touch through email and have planning calls at the key points where you’ll want extra guidance. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you always feel clear and confident about what comes next.

  • Yes, I’m available for limited support while you’re traveling, and if you’d like full on-call service we can build that into your package.

  • Small adjustments are no problem. If something larger comes up, like needing to rework dates or major components, we’ll talk about how best to move forward.

Booking & Protection

  • I can take care of bookings through trusted vendors, especially for hotels, tours, and packages, or I can simply provide recommendations if you’d prefer to book on your own. We’ll choose the approach that works best for you.

  • I strongly recommend having travel insurance. It’s the best way to protect your trip in case of cancellations, illness, delays, or other unexpected surprises.

  • While I can’t control things like weather, crowds, or airline delays, I plan your itinerary with flexibility and smart options to help minimize disruptions. And if something unexpected does come up while you’re traveling, I’ll be here to support you.

  • Cancellations depend on the policies of the vendors we book with, and I’ll always make sure you understand those terms before confirming anything. My planning fee may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on how far along we are in the process.

  • Refunds depend on the stage of planning, and I’ll explain all of the terms clearly before we get started. My goal is to keep everything straightforward so you always feel comfortable with the process.
